HR Cost Controlling Specialist We are looking for a highly motivated HR Cost Controlling Specialist to support and manage activities related to budgeting, forecasting, actual cost monitoring, and monthly reporting. ResponsibilitiesSupporting the definition of the annual personnel cost budget and forecast for Italian LE, and monitoring actual costs versus budget/forecast on a monthly basis, in line with Group Business Plan and Reporting Guidelines. Coordinating and consolidating the personnel cost budgets and forecasts for foreign LE. Assisting HR Business Partners and line managers with personnel cost calculations. Contributing to the design and development of budget guidelines and policies. Participating as a team member in specific projects and initiatives.You are the person we are looking for if you haveAt least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular). Strong and proven analytical skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. A proactive, self-driven approach and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
