Company Description SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis. Position Sicim is currently looking for a NDT Coordinator.The person shall be responsible for the following activities: Planning of NDT activities; Focal point concerning NDT aspects with Client, Superintendents, Third Party and Project Management; Preparation of project specifications and/or review NDT Subcontractor documents; Approval and verification of NDT documentation and reporting; Coordinating and auditing of NDT subcontractors; Problem solving concerning NDT aspects (e.g. inspection backlog); Coordination of NDT validations/qualifications; Coordination of inspection activities both for pipelines than piping/stations; Monitor NDT progress to identify opportunities for improvement or backlog recovery. RT Film reviewing; Assist research and development programs. Collaborate with Project Welding Office Requirements Requirements: Engineering degree. Good knowledge (written and spoken) of English At least five years' experience in engineering with pipeline projects. Good interpersonal, strong communication skills and a highly self-motivated individual is a must. Certification: NDT level 3 VT-MT-PT-RT-UT-UT PA+TOFD acc. to ISO 9712 or ASNT. Knowledge: API 1104 & ASME Sec. V code AUT/PAUT validation welding knowledge (e.g. CSWIP 3.1, IWE/IWT) Other information Work location: Saudi Arabia
