To help fuel that growth, we need Math, Physics and Engineering Graduates to join our Italian Pricing & Underwriting team, the strategic engine behind Prima\'s growth. As part of this team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and strengthening our competitive edge. Using data, analytical thinking, machine learning and business acumen, you’ll help predict the future and set the right prices, keeping our offering both attractive and sustainable. You’ll work with your data science tools and skills to bring real-world impact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn insights into action and fuel innovation across the company.What You’ll DoLeverage Machine Learning and advanced data analytics to identify risks and set the right price for each clientAnalyze and interpret complex data to support strategic decision-makingContribute directly to the company’s growth and long-term success through actionable insightsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Mathematical Engineering, Physical Engineering, Data Science, Informatics, Computer Engineering or StatisticsAll experience levels, including recent graduates with no prior work experienceExcellent quantitative, logical, and analytical skillsCuriosity, proactivity, and innovative thinking to drive new ideas and solutionsNice-to-havePossess a solid foundation in code development and machine learningKnow how to create, manipulate and analyze large datasetsPlease noteThis is the same position as the one referred to as “Data Scientist” on our career site, posted with different job titles to reach STEM students and graduates who might not know a Data Scientist role suits them.
