Our goal is to blur the line between home and hospitality, creating an integrated experience that engages our guests and immerses them in the RH lifestyle.RH is seeking a passionate and motivated Associate Hospitality Leader to drive service and operational excellence within RH Hospitality. As a member of the Property Leadership Team, you will work in partnership with the Hospitality Leader to execute the RH vision while inspiring and empowering Team Members to create an extraordinary guest experience.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and develop Team Members in partnership with the Hospitality Leader by providing structured training and in-the-moment guidance to uphold RH’s dining room service standards and support their professional growthPartner with the Hospitality Leader in shaping the strategic direction of the service provided in the dining room, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and building a high-performing team aligned with RH’s visionDrive operational excellence by implementing and upholding quality and safety standards across all hospitality spaces, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing feedback when necessaryEngage with and act as a resource for our guests and Team Members in order to create a seamless experienceSupport the Hospitality Leader with driving RH’s financial vision through assessing labor and sales performance reporting and implementing practices which will increase overall revenueCreate strategic team schedules to optimize our business while also elevating our client experienceAssume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader, ensuring seamless execution of operations and team alignmentOur Requirements3+ years previous Hospitality Leadership experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant or equivalent combination of education and experienceProven ability to manage financial performance with leadership guidance, including labor and food costs, inventory controls, and strategic resource planningExpertise in computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management systems, Micros Point of Sale or equivalent system, and email communicationProven ability to work autonomously while making strategic decisions and collaborating effectively across all levels of leadershipProficiency in English is required due to the international nature of our business and the need to communicate with global teamsOur Physical RequirementsFrequently moving and lifting items up to 25 kg, while utilizing appropriate equipment and following safety guidelinesWork standing and walking for extended periods of timeWe kindly request you submit your application materials, including your resume, in English, as proficiency in English is essential for this role.About Us RH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.At RH, we are committed to promoting pay equity.
