Office Coordinator Italy (Part-time) – RELEX SolutionsJoin our Venice office as a part‑time Office Coordinator, ensuring a smooth, welcoming environment and supporting a growing team of 50+ RELEXians.About RELEXRELEX offers a market‑leading supply chain and retail planning platform that integrates technology with sustainability commitments, reducing waste and CO₂ while driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Your RoleAs our Office Coordinator you will manage day‑to‑day office operations, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, organize local events, and provide support for travel and other employee needs.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure smooth daily operations of the office – maintenance, common area organization, mail, and expenses.Coordinate onboarding/offboarding IT assets, equipment, and welcome packages.Organize local office events (summer parties, team gatherings, seasonal celebrations) and support regional/international events.Provide local support for travel arrangements, corporate card usage, and day‑to‑day problem‑solving with external providers.Who We’re Looking ForSelf‑driven, proactive, and able to take full ownership of tasks independently.Strong time‑management and multi‑tasking under pressure.Prior experience in office coordination, administration, hospitality, or facilities management is highly valued.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in Italian and English.What We OfferA respectful, professional, yet easy‑going culture that encourages ideas and initiatives.The chance to work in a growing, international company with ambitious, smart, and fun colleagues.This position is open to candidates belonging to the protected categories under Law 68/99.
