Employerland, on behalf of a luxury 5-star hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, is looking for a Chef De Rang. Chef de rang is a role within the front-of-house staff and plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to guests. Train new waiters staff members on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer interaction. Serve food and beverages promptly and with attention to detail. Ordering and Inventory: Assist in managing inventory levels for beverages, glassware, and other service-related items. Previous experience as a waiter in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant is preferred. Knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and food and beverage management. Proficiency in multiple languages is considered a plus. Availability to work on shifts and on weekends.
