Enthroned here since 1624, the exclusive 5-star hotel is located beneath its very own medieval castle. Castel Fragsburg offers only 20 unique suites for up to 50 guests from all over the world. The Michelin-starred cuisine focuses on regionality, quality, health and excellent service. The love for detail can be seen in the two light-flooded restaurants and on the panoramic terrace. In the Alchemistic Healing Spa, the first of its kind in the world, the Fragsburg pampers the guests with unique treatments in cosy rooms with breathtaking views The resource will support the reception team in the following activities. - Reception of guests; - Handling e-mail and elephone reservations; - Writing menus for both restaurants. - Customer care. -The following qualifications are required: - Excellent knowledge of German, English and knowledge of Italian - Passion for the Hotellerie industry - Problem solving skills , customer orientation, motivation, ability to work in team Internship placement between April and November for a minimum of three months.
