The internship is aimed at providing a comprehensive understanding of how an academic organization operates, with direct exposure to processes and interactions involving students, faculty, and administrative staff. Interns may be involved in the following activities: Managing communication and organizational tools, such as emails, calendars, databases, and internal platforms. Supporting theplanning and management of admission processes , including the review and verification of applications, communication with candidates, and management of data and documentation. Assisting withcontact and follow-up activitieswith admitted, enrolled, and prospective students, ensuring accurate and timely communication with candidates and their families. Supporting the organization ofOpen Days, information sessions, and other orientation initiatives , in collaboration with other University units. Contributing to thedefinition and coordination of teaching and exam schedules , and managing teaching materials, course profiles, syllabi, and related academic documentation. Assisting with theorganization and administration of exams , including setting up examination boards, collecting grades, and archiving records. Supporting theadministration and monitoring of research fundsassigned to faculty members, including reporting activities and document management. Contributing to theorganization of events, workshops, and seminars , and assisting in the coordination of department offices to ensure smooth operational workflows. Supporting theupdating and monitoring of institutional websitesand internal communication channels. Depending on the assigned area, the internship will allow the intern to develop organizational, analytical, and communication skills, gain familiarity with academic processes, and acquire experience in a structured, service-oriented, and multicultural institution.Requirements Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path. Fluency in English and Italian. Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on and problem-solving approach; customer orientation and adaptability to different stakeholders; ability to organize and manage work autonomously and on time; strong attention to detail.We offer 6 months paid internship.
