This role focuses onpaid campaign support, digital marketing assistance, and advertiser experience , requiring strong marketing knowledge and customer service skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport advertisers withpaid campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshootingProvide guidance on campaign performance and platform toolsDeliver high-quality customer service to marketing clientsAssist clients via phone, email, or chatMaintain accurate documentation in internal systemsScheduleInitial schedule (12-hour window):Monday to Sunday:07:00 – 19:00Shifts:07:00 – 16:00or10:00 – 19:002 rotational days offRequirementsFluent Italian and EnglishExperience in paid campaign management(mandatory)Degree inMarketing or a related fieldProven experience inDigital MarketingPrevious experience in aContact Centre or Service Programfor anAdvertising Technology companyStrong understanding ofsocial media platforms and digital advertising fundamentalsCustomer-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team#J-18808-Ljbffr
