For practical reasons, you’ll be based in the Central Italy, and we expect you to reside in the area to facilitate your travel. This is important because we prefer face‑to‑face dialogue over virtual interactions, as we value personal connections. You should speak English and be open to travel in your area (Lazio, Abruzzo, Campania) at least 3/4 times a week. Please note: we only accept CVs in English Regional Manager – a vital playing coach and culture ambassador As our new Regional Manager, you will work closely with our Country Manager, local Store Managers and staff, as well as HQ teams in Italy and Denmark. This is a hands‑on role involving a wide range of tasks – no two days will be the same. Your Main ResponsibilitiesLead a network of stores, supporting Store Managers and their teams. Lead by example, optimizing sales and implementing best practices in your region. Conduct regular store visits focusing on performance indicators, budgeting, and execution quality. Recruit, train, and coach Store Managers in your region. Coordinate commercial operations with the Italian leadership team and HQ in Denmark. Embody and promote the culture and values of Normal in your daily work.Are we a match? RequirementsProven experience as a Regional Manager in retail / FMCG (GDO) sector. Natural, structured, and results‑oriented leadership. Ability to manage multiple priorities and make quick decisions. Positive and proactive attitude, even during peak periods. You ideally should be based in Rome or Central Italy, with high mobility within Central Italy, especially Lazio, Abruzzo and Campania.
