The Legal Operations team plays a key role in ensuring that online content and legal requests are handled accurately, consistently and in line with established legal frameworks.We are currently looking for a Video Content Analyst to join a project supporting a video streaming platform in Lisbon.Your responsibilities:Review and analyse content published on an online platform, primarily textual reviews, as well as other formats such as images or websitesApply client-provided legal guidelines and internal policies when reviewing content and requestsProcess incoming legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud and falsificationEvaluate the validity and eligibility of each request for further processingEnsure compliance with quality standards, turnaround times and internal proceduresStay up to date with policies, guidelines and operational updatesWhat you can expect:Location: Lisbon, PortugalWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekProject: Video Streaming PlatformStart date: 5 JanuaryWhat will make you successful in the role:German language proficiency at B2 level or aboveEnglish language proficiency at B2 levelStrong written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical mindset with high attention to detailAbility to quickly learn new processes, concepts and guidelinesStrong organisational and time management skillsEU passport or valid residence cardCompensation & benefits:Yearly gross salary: 15,260Yearly language bonus: 3,240Yearly target bonus: 5% of the annual gross salaryTransportation bonus: 720 per yearDaily meal allowance: 7.63 per working day (meal card)Relocation support included (bonus available for candidates relocating from outside Lisbon or Portugal)Contract details:1-month training contract1-year renewable contract30 days probation period#J-18808-Ljbffr
