Toyota Material Handling Italia, società di Toyota Industries Corporation, e leader mondiale nel settore della movimentazione e logistica di materiale, è alla ricerca di un/a Service Technician.La risorsa lavorerà principalmente presso i nostri clienti della zona di Milano Nord dove svolgerà operazioni di manutenzione (ordinaria e straordinaria) e assistenza tecnica ai carrelli dei clienti. Nello specifico, le attività che andrà a svolgere saranno le seguenti: Manutenzione e riparazione evidenziandole sui bollettini di assistenza; Gestione delle necessità relative al proprio magazzino e inserimento all'interno del sistema informativo di ordini, ricambi relativi all'attività sul campo; Segnalazione all'organizzazione interna eventuali esigenze del Cliente relativamente a carrelli elevatori, contratti di manutenzione, prodotti di service, ecc.; Requisiti: Esperienza minima come tecnico (meccanico e/o elettrico) di officina/esterno; Capacità comunicative e relazionali; Propensione al confronto e all'ascolto; Orientamento alla "costumer statisfaction" e alla fidelizzazione. Nice to have: Preferibile conoscenza del mondo dei carrelli elevatori e settori affini (macchine movimentazione terra, gru, spazzatrici industriali, ascensori, macchinari industriali); Preferibile conoscenza dei sistemi informatici.
