As Front Office Agent , you will be a key ambassador of San Clemente Palace Venice and a vital member of the Guest Services team. Managing smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures in line with luxury standards • Handling billing, payments (cash, credit cards, direct billing), and ensuring accuracy at all times • Handling incoming calls, messages, and guest correspondence with professionalism and discretion • Coordinating closely with Concierge, Housekeeping, and Engineering to ensure seamless service delivery • Ensuring clear shift handovers and continuity of service • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)• Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office or Guest Relations experience in a four or five-star luxury hotel • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong advantage • Proficiency with hotel PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio or similar) and Microsoft Office • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest service excellence • Based on San Clemente Island , Venice (daily boat transfers required)• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periods Opportunity to work in one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury resorts • Continuous training and professional development • Ready to be part of an exceptional luxury hospitality experience?
