Acting as the senior leader on duty, you will manage the Front Office night team, resolve guest issues, coordinate with all departments, and uphold the hotel’s luxury standards while maintaining seamless continuity between day and night operations.Your main responsibilities will include:Supervising and supporting all overnight front office and guest service operationsActing as the primary point of contact for guests during nighttime hoursEnsuring safety, security, and emergency procedures are followed and documentedManaging guest arrivals and departures, VIP treatment, and service recoveryMonitoring hotel occupancy, room allocation, and operational reportsOverseeing nightly financial procedures in coordination with the Night AuditorConducting property walkthroughs and ensuring all areas meet luxury standardsAddressing guest requests, incidents, and operational issues with professionalismPreparing detailed handover reports for the morning management teamCoordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security during night operationsSupporting decision-making in the absence of senior managementAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotelWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious experience as Night Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or senior Front Office role in luxury hospitalityStrong leadership, customer service, and conflict-resolution skillsSolid understanding of hotel operations, guest relations, and safety proceduresHigh emotional intelligence, discretion, and ability to work autonomouslyExcellent time management and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with PMS and hotel management systemsFluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)A guest-focused, responsible, and calm approach to nighttime operation challengesAdditional InformationLocation: Venice, Italy –Based on San Clemente Island, Venice (daily boat transfers required)Type of work: Full timeFlexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periodsYou must possess the legal right to work in ItalyWhat We OfferA leadership role within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury propertiesOpportunity to work in a stunning historical resort immersed in art, culture, and heritageCompetitive compensationProfessional development and training opportunitiesAccommodation, meals, uniform, and other on-property benefitsA dynamic, supportive, and international team environmentApply NowReady to advance your career in luxury hospitality and lead our overnight operations?
