We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to join a strategic Oracle Cloud HCM programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and extending Oracle HCM Cloud functionality using VBCS and related tools, enabling streamlined HR processes and a modern user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy custom extensions and user interfaces for Oracle HCM Cloud using VBCS.Integrate VBCS solutions with Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, etc.) using REST APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and solutions.Work alongside functional HCM consultants and business stakeholders to deliver tailored user experiences.Support existing VBCS and OIC integrations, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.Produce technical documentation and ensure compliance with Oracle standards and customer governance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
