In this role you will ensure the highest quality of service and operational performance for our clients (car‑sharing partners) reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor. You will be the point of reference for real‑time mission execution (Live Ops) and the backbone of our driver partner community.Main ResponsibilitiesDaily Operational Management : Manage day‑to‑day operations for several key car‑sharing partners, monitoring ongoing missions and resolving issues to ensure every assignment is completed on time.Community Relations : Manage and support the driver community by building strong long‑term relationships based on trust.
