Essential Job Functions:Lead data science projects from inception to completion ensuring that objectives are met.Collaborate with analysts, data scientists and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions.Define and manage project scopes, timelines and resource requirements.Develop and maintain data pipelines and data infrastructure.Monitor the quality and integrity of data, conducting data cleansing and preprocessing as necessary.Oversee data visualization and reporting activities to effectively communicate results.Mentor and guide junior team members in data science methodologies and best practices.Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation in data science.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Typically 7 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.Proficiencies in data manipulation, database management and statistical analysis.Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.Other Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.Possession of relevant certifications like Data Science Professional (DSP) certification is a plus.Experience level: ManagerEmployment type: Full-Time#J-18808-Ljbffr
