We have hundreds of salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.About the roleYou\'ll manage key clients belonging to a dynamic sales channel, playing a key role on influencing customer satisfaction and goodwill towards our brands.ResponsibilitiesAchieving P&L objectives (NR-trade investment, GM) managing categories and client mix, with particular focus on Trade Investment leversProviding customer quarterly sales forecast updated using sell-in / out analysis and trendsAssortment and promotion’s negotiation within assigned customer perimeter“Second level” agreements responsibility with assigned customersIdentifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categoriesBuilding a strong relation with customer to increase partnershipExperience and qualificationsDegree in EconomicsPrevious Sell-in experience (at least 2 years) in GDO / Retail sectorP&L managementFluent in Italian, good knowledge of EnglishNegotiation and influencing skillsComplexity managementWhat we offerWe believe great work deserves great rewards.
