Our integrated, custom‑made professional advisory services are rooted in a profound understanding of those factors which contribute to determining the market value of real estate assets.Our services are aimed at a wide variety of clients including Institutional Property Investors (Real Estate Funds, Property Companies and Corporate Organizations), Private Individuals, Freeholders and Owner‑occupiers, Property Developers & Promoters, Banks and Insurance Companies, Public Institutions including those for whom Real Estate is not a core business.Property types:Land plotsDevelopment projects (under‑planning or ongoing)Existing Buildings and/or building portionsSectors:OfficesIndustrial & LogisticsHigh Street Retail & Retail Parks, Shopping CentresResidentialSpecialised Properties (e.g. Harbours and Marinas)Key Responsibilities & Required CompetenciesJoining the Value and Risk Advisory team as a Valuer means taking responsibility for producing and delivering valuation client reports while ensuring exceptional client service and quality.Background & ExperienceEconomic or technical educational background welcomedRICS certification would be advantageous2‑3 years of experience in real estate valuation and related activitiesBackground from consulting or corporate companies preferably with international / European and local focusFamiliarity with a wide range of real estate types (locations, uses, investment grades)Technical SkillsExcellent financial analysis capabilities (proficient in DCF models)Strong report writing abilitiesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suitePersonal AttributesFluent in Italian and English (both written and oral)Collaborative team approachProactive mindsetPrecision and attention to detailStrong organizational skillsAbility to work effectively under tight deadlinesOperiamo nel settore Value and Risk Advisory immobiliareFornendo servizi professionali di consulenza specializzata in valutazioni e gestione del rischio.
