Product & Collection Development Manager

In un’azienda industriale italiana caratterizzata da una solida cultura di prodotto e da un approccio strutturato allo sviluppo delle collezioni, si ricerca la/il Product & Collection Development Manager con comprovata esperienza nella gestione dei processi di innovazione. La figura presidierà l’intero ciclo di sviluppo, traducendo analisi di mercato e input strategici in collezioni coerenti, competitive e allineate alle esigenze dei diversi canali. Il ruolo opera in un’area centrale dell’organizzazione, con interazioni costanti con design, marketing e commerciale.Sede di lavoro: Friuli-Venezia Giulia.Le principali attività riguarderanno:Monitoraggio continuo di trend, competitor e comportamenti di consumo nei diversi canali.Analisi dei dati di vendita e delle performance dei prodotti a supporto delle decisioni strategiche.Identificazione di nuove opportunità di sviluppo e di segmenti di mercato.Definizione delle linee di prodotto, individuazione e sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, in armonia con le dinamiche di mercato e le strategie aziendali. Traduzione delle strategie di sviluppo in brief strutturati per i reparti di progettazione e valutazione delle proposte.Esprime pareri e valutazioni in materia di Ricerca & Sviluppo per l’ideazione, la validazione tecnica e l’innovazione dei prodotti.Supervisione dell’avanzamento dei progetti.Il Profilo Professionale ideale ha conseguito un Titolo di Studio corrispondente alla Laurea in Economia, Marketing, Design e Progettazione, ed affini ed ha già maturato una solida esperienza professionale nell’ambito del marketing di prodotto e nella gestione di collezioni.È richiesta inoltre una buona conoscenza della Lingua Inglese, eccellenti capacità comunicative e organizzative, sensibilità all’estetica e ai trend id mercato, predisposizione al lavoro in team, attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento al risultato.I candidati interessati sono invitati ad inserire il proprio CV direttamente nel sito Qualora il candidato non venga contattato entro un mese dall'invio del proprio CV la selezione dovrà ritenersi conclusa.
