Description We are currently seeking a Production Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in Milan, reporting to the Production & After Sales Application Manager.Your Opportunity As a Production Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the architecture of the production applications ecosystem. You will ensure the end-to-end delivery of integration streams for both new applications (e.g., SAP) and existing systems (legacy systems, brand-specific applications), and manage the data ingestion into the Group’s cloud data lake.How You Will Contribute Define and approve integration models for new interfaces, ensuring their seamless and efficient implementation across all systems and applications.Collaborate closely with Technology and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure alignment on integration patterns for all production systems, ensuring smooth operations and cohesion.Work alongside the Data team to oversee the smooth and timely ingestion of data from various domain systems into the Group’s cloud data lake, while managing project variables such as cost, scope, and timeline, and implementing corrective or preventive actions when necessary.Partner with the Testing Factory team to meticulously ensure successful go-live preparations, as well as rigorous deployment validations, to ensure high-quality performance.Proactively identify potential risks early in the process, flagging issues promptly, and ensuring continuous communication with Program / Project Management and all key Kering stakeholders to maintain alignment and mitigate any challenges.Who You Are You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position, delivering new interfaces and supporting applications in complex, large-scale projects.You are a technical expert, experienced in implementing middleware solutions such as Kafka, SFTP, ELK and GraphQL.You have proven experience working in large, international projects, navigating diverse cultural environments.You have a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of French is a plus.Why work with us?
