Full Stack Developer & Innovation SpecialistPer azienda cliente di servizi, cerchiamo un Full Stack Developer con una spiccata propensione al problem-solving e autonomia operativa, che collabori attivamente al progetto interno di digitalizzazione e System Integration. La risorsa si occuperà dello sviluppo di soluzioni software interne e dell’ottimizzazione / efficientamento dei tools digital in uso, dialogando con il cliente interno e con i partner esterni per trasformare i needs in soluzioni.________________________________________Cosa farai nel concretoDarai supporto nell’implementare l'integrazione di processi e strumenti digitali in uso e nello Scouting di nuove tecnologie.Contribuirai allo sviluppo di applicazioni web, lavorando sia sul front-end che sul back-end, in chiave full stack developer.Collaborerai con i team per analizzare i requisiti e tradurli in soluzioni tecniche efficaci,Supporterai nel Trasferimento di Know HowFornirai supporto tecnico e assistenza a tutti gli utenti interni.Ti interfaccerai con i partner esterni per la gestione di problematiche complesse.________________________________________Competenze richieste (Hard Skills)Laurea in informatica / ingegneria informaticaEsperienza IT in ambito sistemisticoConoscenza delle infrastrutture di rete, dell’ambiente windows e dei linguaggi di ProgrammazioneConoscenza CRM (preferibile Hubspot)________________________________________Cosa cerchiamo in te (Soft Skills)Forte spirito di iniziativa, autonomia e flessibilità.Eccellenti capacità di problem-solving e project management.Orientamento al team working.Motivazione ad intraprendere sfide digitali e a lavorare su progetti trasversali.Buone capacità comunicative nella gestione del cliente interno / esterno.Sede di lavoro : Pescara (1 Giorno di smart working / Settimana)#J-18808-Ljbffr
