Project Manager – Data Center We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the development, construction, and commissioning of electrical and utilities infrastructure for a new data centre in Italy. This role will also support business development and strategic initiatives related to project development. Lead energy & utilities projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, stakeholders, and utility providers for HV/MV infrastructure. Manage resources, budgets, schedules, and quality control processes. Track project progress, conduct regular meetings, and escalate issues as necessary. Negotiate contracts and bids with contractors, developers, and consultants. Support site due diligence activities and resolve factors impacting project handover. Review deliverables, raise queries, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering, or a related field. ~ Advanced knowledge of HV/MV electrical systems and Italian electricity regulations; Proven experience in planning, design, permitting, and construction of HV/MV substations and underground power lines. ~ Experience with data centre clients is an advantage. ~ Proactive, autonomous, flexible, and commercially astute. ~ Fluent in Italian and English.
