You’ll be based in an Amazon fulfilment centre, delivery station or sortation centre and will frequently use data to inform key decisions. From one day to the next, you could be taking the lead on a range of different projects or supporting senior stakeholders with developing strategies and carrying out regular talent reviews. You’ll be taking a fresh look at our working culture and thinking of new ways to optimise them. You’ll also be supporting new colleagues to develop and learn new skills, so as well as shaping our working culture, you’ll be helping our colleagues grow. CF has scaled up from a humble team of booksellers to a sophisticated global team which handles more than 1.5 million orders every day. The team is the foundation of our business and its efforts have helped us diversify across new regions and services. We’re based in Fulfilment Centres, which are at the heart of Amazon’s fast-paced Operations network. Our centres are sometimes referred to as the ‘First Mile’ because it’s where most Amazon packages start their journey. We help to manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries round the clock. Lots of different people work in our Fulfilment Centres, so there are plenty of opportunities for every skillset. Some of us work with physical products, while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions.Basic Qualifications A degreeRelevant experience in an HR role operating in an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environmentRelevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisionsRelevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadershipAdvanced proficiency in verbal and written EnglishPreferred Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related fieldExperience supporting hourly employee client groupsExperience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environmentExperience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associatesDemonstrated experience managing and leading employeesProficiency with HRIS SystemsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
