Field Service Engineer – Toscana GE HealthCare invites you to join our team as a Field Service Engineer in Toscana. The role focuses on performing services and maintenance activities on customers' sites, ensuring equipment reliability, and delivering exemplary customer satisfaction. Job Summary All resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework with a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks. Key Responsibilities Total system-level troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment. Interface with doctors and technicians on equipment status issues, ensuring satisfaction to customers and maintaining communication for resolution and follow-up. Maintain administrative responsibilities such as customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner. Maintain tools and test equipment properly and ensure they are calibrated.
