We are looking for a motivated Guest Experience Agent to join our pre-opening team. The hotel is also featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues. Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Front Office and Guest Services. Organizing and controlling bell boys’ duties, including guests’ arrival and departure, luggage delivery to the guestrooms and storage. Preferred working experience with similar roles in lifestyles hotels. Good understanding of hotel operations, front desk, guest relations and concierge procedures Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification/equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration, or at least 2 years’ experience as Concierge/Guest Service agent Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly desirable. Flexibility to work weekends, and public holidays.
