We invest in professional development, support, and recognition to enable our teams to exceed expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross‑functional projects aimed at transforming procurement and supply‑chain processes.Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process optimization.Drive and implement standardization of procurement and supply‑chain activities across regions and business units.Manage and enhance operational collaboration with key suppliers to ensure performance, service quality, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal stakeholders within a matrix organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering, Economics, or related).6‑10 years of professional experience within structured, complex organizations.Proven experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain, ideally within the Retail sector.Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Strong curiosity and willingness to explore new approaches and solutions.Data‑driven mindset with the ability to leverage information for decision‑making and process improvement.Excellent ability to connect information, insights, and relationships across teams and functions.Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.Good stakeholder management skills, strong communication and relationship‑building skills with internal teams and external suppliers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
