These activities are designed to give you the opportunity to best showcase your technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and growth potential.Who are we looking for?We are seeking a motivated, curious individual who is eager to learn and grow. Ideally, you will have:Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A strong motivation for learning and continuous improvement.Required technical skillsBasic knowledge of industrial processes and main quality tools (FMEA, 5 Why, 8D).Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.Native Italian speaker with a good knowledge of English.Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.The position offers direct employment with the company under an apprenticeship contract.If you see yourself in this description and are ready to embark on a stimulating professional journey, we look forward to meeting you and telling you more about this opportunity Responsabilita: What will you be responsible for?You will be an integral part of the Quality team and will work closely with the Quality Manager, actively contributing to the following activities:Supporting daily quality management and compliance activities; Evaluating supplier compliance by reviewing certificates, declarations, and technical documentation, maintaining direct contact with suppliers for any required updates or integrations; Supporting the continuous improvement of company processes, ensuring documentation is updated and traceable in line with the ISO 9001 quality management system; Supporting the maintenance of compliance with European and international regulations (e.g. REACH, RoHS, TSCA, Conflict Minerals, etc.); Participating in the management of Non-Conformities, collaborating in the analysis and resolution of customer complaints, from registration through to closure.
