S&you , brand internazionale dedicato al Professional Staffing e Ricerca e Selezione di personale qualificato e middle management, seleziona per Gruppo Roechling Automotive, un/una: OpEx SPECIALIST (SPECIALISTA OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE) Il Gruppo Roechling, operante in oltre 25 paesi, si occupa di produrre materiali plastici, sulla base delle specifiche necessità dei clienti, applicati ai settori automotive, farmaceutico e industriale. La figura sarà responsabile della trasformazione e ottimizzazione dei processi produttivi presso lo stabilimento di Laives (BZ). Nello specifico si occuperà di: Implementare e mantenere gli standard Operational Excellence (OpEx) e RAPS (Röchling Automotive Production System) in vari ambiti (attività a valore aggiunto, flusso dei materiali, flusso informativo e gestione). Pianificare, condurre e documentare workshop ed eventi OpEx. Identificare e risolvere problematiche di miglioramento attraverso analisi delle cause alla radice. Applicare metodologie per garantire processi robusti, sostenibili e privi disprechi. Coordinarsi regolarmente con supervisori, responsabili di stabilimento e altri gruppi interni. Formare e qualificare le aree del flusso del valore sui principi OpEx e RAPS. Sviluppare e migliorare standard e sistemi di KPI legati a OpEx e RAPS. Supportare l’organizzazione nel raggiungimento di risparmi di costo e nel promuovere un cambiamento culturale verso un’organizzazione lean. Desideriamo entrare in contatto con candidatə che in possesso di Diploma Tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria abbiano maturato esperienza nell’applicazione dei metodi di Operational Excellence (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma) in ruoli di Lean Management, preferibilmente nel settore automotive od operations. E’ richiesta l’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e la disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali. Completano il profilo spiccate capacità comunicative e di mediazione, competenze di project management e una forte attitudine al problem solving.
