Posizione Microsoft 365 & Identity Management Solution Architect Stiamo cercando un Solution Architect esperto in Microsoft 365 e Identity Management, in grado di progettare soluzioni moderne, sicure e scalabili per la gestione del digital workplace e delle identità aziendali. Il candidato ideale ha una visione end‑to‑end e una profonda conoscenza delle tecnologie Microsoft per Collaboration, Security, e Governance. Responsabilità PrincipaliProgettare e implementare soluzioni basate su Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) in ambienti enterprise Definire architetture di Identity & Access Management con Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, PIM Collaborare con i team di sicurezza, compliance e infrastruttura per garantire l’integrazione delle policy di governance e protezione dei dati Supportare la migrazione da ambienti legacy verso Microsoft 365 Automatizzare la gestione delle identità e delle policy tramite PowerShell, Graph API e Microsoft Entra Fornire consulenza tecnica e supporto nella definizione di strategie Zero Trust e modern workplaceRequisiti TecniciEsperienza comprovata nella progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni Microsoft 365 Conoscenza approfondita di Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Identity Governance, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center, Information Protection, DLP, eDiscovery, Teams Architecture, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online Esperienza con strumenti di automazione e scripting (PowerShell, Graph API)Certificazioni PreferenzialiMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)Dettagli OperativiOrario di lavoro: full time Offerta Contrattuale: Contratto a tempo indeterminato diretto Luogo di lavoro: Roma – formula smart working ibridaFacciamo parte di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà HR a livello globale.
