Base pay range For an independent Fund Administration company, we are looking for aJunior Fund Accountantto join the Italian team within Milan's office.DescriptionTransaction of securities, derivatives, contract: booking and reconciliationSubscription and Redemption Booking and ReconciliationDerivatives activity (ETD and OTC) and reconciliations with broker and Prime BrokerEnsure daily production deadlines are met in accordance to procedures and controlsGive support within the team in the day-to-day accounting and query resolutionExpense accruals and invoicing of feesQuery management of external relationships such as clients, vendors and auditorsEscalation of any issues / breachesMonitor any open issues to ensure prompt resolution.ProfileUniversity Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalentMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position with specific focus on UCITS accountingGood knowledge of investment funds and main financial productsFluent in English, any other language is an advantageGood command of the MS office tools (specially excel and VBA)Excellent MultiFonds knowledge (version 460 or superior)Ability to work to tight deadlines, while maintaining close attention to detailProactive and self-organized, positive, dynamicConstant focus on quality and client serviceTeam player, open-minded and comfortable in an intercultural environmentJob Offer Great career opportunity within an international environment.Seniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Accounting/Auditing, Administrative, and AnalystIndustries Banking, Financial Services, and Funds and Trusts#J-18808-Ljbffr
