ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise staff operations during the assigned shift, ensuring high standards of service and quality.Ensure that standard operating procedures are followed and promote a positive and motivating work environment for the team.Address guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement strategies for service improvement and guest experience enhancement.Train and develop new and existing staff, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.Oversee daily operations, including sales reports, inventory, and cleanliness of work areas.Ensure all safety and hygiene regulations are complied with.SkillsShift Leader experience in a hotel of same category, preferable in Luxury Marriott Properties.Excellent command of Italian and English.
