Business Analyst/PMO - (Fixed-term contract) IAMA Risorse Umane is a recognized company and a reference point for research and selection activities, headhunting, and HR project management in the Banking, Insurance, Industry, Services, and Information Technology & Digital sectors.This position will report directly to theCOO of a company operating in the insurance brokerage sector , with a specific focus onP&C and Employee Benefits products both domestic and international programs . The role is part of a strategic phase of business transformation and expansion across selected business lines. The Business Analyst will play a hands‑on role inprocess definition, workflow optimization, and operational structuring , ensuring effective coordination, execution, and delivery of key strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze key operational processes and support project management across multiple business lines, aligned with the transformation roadmap and priorities set by operational sponsors.Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, objectives, and quality standards.Map, review, and redesign core operational processes, especially those linked to international insurance programs.Develop detailed work plans including activities, timelines, performance metrics, dependencies, and critical paths.Monitor project performance using KPIs, milestones, and progress reports, managing budget control and escalation processes where needed.Provide hands‑on support in the implementation of operational innovation projects.Oversee performance indicators across the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) cycle.Coordinate cross‑functional teams and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.Draft and maintain operational documentation such as process maps, manuals, and guidelines for team use.Ensure business continuity (BAU) during transitional phases.Collaborate with various departments (IT, Compliance, Business Lines, etc.) to ensure operational activities are aligned with overall company objectives.Ideal Candidate ProfileProven experience as aBusiness Analyst/Project Managerin transformation or operational change projects, ideally within theinsurance brokerage or consulting sector , with exposure to P&C/Employee Benefits specialties and International programs.Strong understanding ofoperational models and processestypical of the insurance and brokerage industries.Familiarity withIVASS regulationsand applicable compliance frameworks.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with project management and reporting tools.Fluency in English(written and spoken) is essential.Location Milan (willingness to travel)IAMA Risorse Umane would like to thank in advance all those who will submit their application.
