EMPLOYMENT PARTNER - MILAN OR ROMEMilanPQE: 8+ PQE Area of Expertise: Private PracticeA highly regarded boutique law firm, widely recognised for the excellence of its employment practice, is seeking to recruit an experienced Employment Partner either in MILAN or ROME.
This is a strategic hire aimed at further strengthening the firm’s position in the Italian market. The firm advises a prestigious client base, including multinational corporations, senior executives, and high-growth businesses, and is known for delivering commercially astute, partner-led advice.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative and entrepreneurial partnership, with the autonomy to develop their practice while benefiting from the firm’s strong reputation, referral network, and existing client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with significant experience in employment law and a proven track record of managing a portable client following. They will possess strong technical expertise across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, coupled with a commercial mindset and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s growth strategy. An interest in working within a high-quality, boutique environment is essential.
