As our Partnership Manager at The Social Hub, you are the entrepreneur between entrepreneurs, responsible for building out new partnerships and fostering our existing ones to achieve commercial targets and drive our Italian locations forward. You believe in the unlimited possibilities of our multiproduct brand and see endless commercial opportunities to (over)achieve the commercial targets and drive our Italian locations forward. What You’ll DoCo‑create the local sales and in‑house sales strategy on different segments, budgets and action plans aligned with the global action plan. Build out partnerships to cross and upsell on product and properties, with special focus on business acquisition for new opening Italian locations. Establish and maintain relationships with current partners and accounts, drafting proposals. Drive B2B sales across all segments to achieve overall revenue targets and KPIs. Actively identify business leads by looking at local market trends and competitor developments.
