We are looking for Italian‑speaking talent who wants to build a career in Customer Operations and International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment.Your Main ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls.Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services.Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication.Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls.Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success.Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines.Provide operational feedback and elevate cases when needed.Salary Package Option 1 – With Company HousingTotal Gross Cash Compensation:1,050 € per monthBase salaryMonthly holiday & Christmas allowancesMeal allowance (7 € per working day)Apartment benefit‑in‑kind (200 € declared on payslip, tax‑free until 31/12/2026)Health insurance from day onePotential productivity bonus (performance‑based)Option 2 – Without Apartment (Housing arranged by candidate)Total Gross Cash Compensation:1,379.00 € per monthHigher base salary (no apartment benefit)Monthly holiday & Christmas allowancesMeal allowanceHealth insurance from day onePotential productivity bonus (performance‑based)Training InformationSchedule: 8 hours/dayTraining content includes system onboarding, customer management, product training & on‑the‑job practice.Training allowance: 42.72 € per day.
