You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to drive innovation and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions.Your SkillsProject Management & Leadership: Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban), mentoring team members, overseeing consultants and industrial partners' teamsSystem Verification & Validation: Skilled in integration testing, using simulation tools, and developing comprehensive test plansProficiency in common development languages (Python, Java) for backend development, including data processing, API integration, and system automationSkilled in System Engineering & model-based systems engineering (MBSE), requirement management, and high-quality, maintainable software architectureExperience working with Docker for containerized applications and servicesGood knowledge of Linux Operating Systems (e.g. RedHat), Linux shell scriptingExperience in working in international and multidisciplinary teams, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced settingsProblem solving & Collaborative spirit: Ability to troubleshoot issues. Ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders. Experience working with cross-functional teams ensuring resource optimization and knowledge sharingExpert-level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
