You will actively engage in relentless hunts for cyber adversaries, use endpoint detection and response (EDR) to shield workstations, laptops, servers, and other devices, and leverage network detection and response (NDR) to monitor network traffic. You will be responsible for incident management, data gathering, analysis, and application of internal and external threat intelligence to uncover potential security threats and risks.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will actively engage in the relentless hunt for cyber adversaries. Your expertise in EDR and NDR will safeguard devices and monitor network traffic. You will apply the incident management process to respond to and manage cybersecurity incidents, gather, analyze, and interpret data, and use threat intelligence to uncover potential security threats and risks. Your insights will form the foundation of Kyndryl’s security strategy, helping keep the organization one step ahead of breaches.Required Skills And Experience4‑5 years of Security Analyst experience, preferably in a managed services environmentExperience with cloud security, devops, cyber resiliency/incident management, Zero Trust, network/EDGE security, and emerging technologies such as IoT and AIExpertise in network, host, and cloud‑based security, attack techniques, analysis, and investigationExperience in threat hunting, proactively searching to detect advanced threats that evade existing security solutionsDeep understanding of the current cyber threat landscape, tactics used by adversaries, and how to investigate, contain, and recover against their attacksExpertise with security incident response processPreferred Skills And ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fieldsPreferred Certifications in Cyber Security: ECTHP (Certified Threat Hunting Professional) or ECMAP (Malware Analysis Professional); other specialized security analyst certificationsExperience in Cloud Security monitoring and advanced analytics (UEBA)Diversity and InclusionDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from – it’s how we think and who we are.
