Overview
In this role you act as a key legal partner to the business, ensuring compliance, privacy, and commercial excellence across Italy and regional ITSEE initiatives. You will manage regulatory matters, internal investigations, and cross-country projects while coordinating with local authorities and stakeholders. You will support drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and oversee privacy programs under GDPR. The role combines regional leadership with hands-on legal support in a fast-paced environment, shaping how the business operates within the law.

Responsabilità Act as SME for Italian legal entity on compliance and 231/2001 model maintenance, whistleblowing channel, internal investigations and audits
Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory landscape and advise on necessary operational adjustments
Manage privacy initiatives to ensure GDPR and local data protection compliance
Support relationships with local authorities, including information requests and collaborations
Provide hands-on support in commercial law: drafting, negotiating, and revising commercial agreements; manage consumer law matters
Lead cross-country reporting and coordinate cross-country legal projects to implement group policies
Ensure alignment with regional and group policies across ITSEE projects
Requisiti fondamentali 6+ years in the legal field in top-tier law firms and/or in-house corporate environments
Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks (231/2001), whistleblowing, and regulatory monitoring
Experience in privacy regulations and in commercial/consumer law
Native Italian speaker; Advanced English (professional proficiency in speaking and drafting)
Proven ability to handle cross-country reporting and coordinate regional legal projects
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
