L'O&M Engineering è il dipartimento scientifico che fornisce la base tecnica all'Asset Manager per operare efficacemente. O&M-E fornisce spunti per le operazioni di manutenzione per mantenere l'efficienza degli asset più alta possibile, il più a lungo possibile, al minor costo possibile.Il ruolo di O&M-E è interdisciplinare e si avvale di una rete di risorse in diverse località internazionali. Mette in relazione molti tipi di informazioni provenienti dagli Asset con i requisiti di sicurezza e performance emessi dagli uffici tecnici di progettazione, e segue la loro evoluzione a medio/lungo termine attraverso l'utilizzo di opportuni benchmark basati sui principi dell'analisi di affidabilità. Fornisce inoltre analisi di troubleshooting per gli Asset assegnati e contribuisce in generale a questo tipo di attività in collaborazione con i dipartimenti tecnici di progettazione.Principali compiti ed attitudiniIl candidato è un appassionato di analisi dei dati applicata alla salute delle macchine. Svolge monitoraggio e analisi di affidabilità sugli asset idroelettrici; verifica gli obiettivi di prestazioni nel tempo; aiuta a identificare/guidare le azioni per ridurre i rischi di un asset e aumentare i parametri chiave di performance.Cerca, raccoglie e raggruppa dati da varie fonti in un'ottica di descrizione ed evoluzione dei fenomeni di salute delle macchine. Utilizza strumenti di analisi dei dati di vario tipo: sistemi di monitoraggio in tempo reale, piattaforme di analisi di segnale, piattaforme di analisi dell'affidabilità, piattaforma predittiva basata sull'IA, etc. Interagisce con gli altri dipartimenti tecnici per il miglioramento continuo dei progetti e dei prodotti (data to layout, data to design) e per migliorare la comprensione dei fenomeni (design to behavior).Opportunità:Il candidato diventerà uno specialista delle interazioni funzionali tra i sottosistemi che compartecipano a una centrale idroelettrica. Svilupperà conoscenze e competenze nel campo dell'elaborazione dei dati in generale, e in particolare in quello delle analisi orientate all'affidabilità.Svilupperà competenze specialistiche nella diagnostica delle vibrazioni delle macchine rotanti con l'obiettivo di diventare una delle risorse di riferimento per Andritz Hydro srl in quel campo e di interagire attivamente e direttamente con i team di Field Measures.Competenze:Richieste: laurea in ingegneria (meccanica, elettrica, elettronica o “data science”)Anni di esperienza: almeno 4Basi in analisi numerica, analisi di segnale, statistica, “machine learning”Lingue: Italiano, IngleseBasi in analisi RAMS, o esperienza in posizione di analista RAMSEsperienza in campo idroelettrico: progettazione oppure esercizioEsperienza in diagnostica di macchine rotanti#J-18808-Ljbffr
