Finance Manager

We have a rich history of engineering innovation, from the first market-ready technology for high-voltage busbars in 2012 to the first factory specialized in busbar manufacturing with high expandable capacity and high-tech capabilities.We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead finance activities for our Bruneck legal entity and to act as a strong business partner to the plant and global functions. The role combines statutory compliance with proactive business partnering to support both operational and strategic objectives.Manage statutory, tax, and US GAAP reporting for the legal entityLead audits, ensure SOX compliance, and maintain strong internal controlsOversee cash flow, treasury activitiesDrive budgeting, forecasting, and legal entity performance analysisQualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldExperience in legal entity finance, preferably in manufacturingExperience in a managerial roleFluent English; German and/or Italian a plusStrong knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and complianceAnalytical, structured, and business‑oriented mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
