We are seeking talented and motivated hospitality professionals to fill the position of Restaurant Manager at one of our Hotels Mangia’s Sardinia Resort Coordinate daily restaurant operations, both front and back of house Deliver high-quality service and maximize guest satisfaction Promote the sale of premium wines and/or cocktails Regularly assess product quality Organize and supervise staff shifts At least three years of proven experience in luxury hotels or similar establishments Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of French is considered a plus Positive attitude, respectful demeanor, and willingness to share knowledge and skills • Customer service orientation Type of contract seasonal Accommodation available Ongoing training and access to professional development courses
