This role offers the opportunity to lead exceptional interior design projects, working with international brands across luxury hospitality and residential sectors. You’ll collaborate with an award-winning team on projects that are conceptually rich, meticulously detailed and created for some of the world’s most respected brands and clients.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the production of comprehensive drawing sets (DD / CD phases) in alignment with design intent and local regulations.Develop custom millwork, detailing and technical specifications.Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate implementation.Conduct site reviews and support during construction administration.Ensure design documentation meets local code and permitting requirements.Collaborate closely with Project Directors and Creative Director across global teams.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution.Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal).8-12+ years of architecture / interior design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or client-facing role.Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.Role DetailsThe firm is seeking a long-term collaborator to join its Milan studio under a Partita IVA arrangement, working closely with the team on projects from concept through completion.This is a full-time position based in Milan, Italy.
