As the strategic bridge connecting Siemens' simulation customers, regional teams, and product leadership across all business lines, this role translates customer priorities into actionable insights, and drive alignment between customer needs and portfolio strategy. Reporting to an executive leader, the position plays a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with key customers while supporting balanced business growth across the simulation organization.Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of established Solution Domain Advisory Councils and Customer Advisory Councils across EMEA and AMS, ensuring consistent delivery, stakeholder engagement, and measurable business impact. Build on the success of these existing programs by identifying opportunities to extend the advisory council model into APAC, developing market-specific approaches for Japan, Korea, China, India, and Southeast Asia. Recognize that each APAC market requires tailored collaboration models, engagement strategies, and follow-up practices to effectively scale and localize the program.
