As we scale, we're building the HR infrastructure that will support our next chapter. This is your chance to join us at a defining moment.Overview As our HR Generalist, you'll manage the day-to-day HR operations: payroll, compliance, HR Information Systems, and all employee-related processes. You'll do this as we grow from 25 to 50+ employees through 2026.This means coordinating with external partners like payroll providers and accountants, ensuring compliance with Italian labor law, implementing new HR systems, and building scalable processes from scratch.
