The ideal candidate will be responsible for the AFC area of the Italian subsidiary, independently managing general accounting, financial closings, international taxation, and relations with the external accountant, external auditors, and the foreign parent company. A strong hands‑on approach and solid experience in structured multinational environments are required. Tasks and responsibilities : Accounting & Financial StatementsFull management of general ledger (GL) accounting Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Preparation of statutory financial statements and support to Group consolidated reporting Coordination with the external accountant and auditors (audit activities, requests, testing) Complex reconciliations, adjusting entries, and accrualsTaxation – Italy & EUManagement of EU / foreign VAT : Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany Intra‑EU transactions, triangulations, goods movement Coordination with international tax advisors Monitoring of Italian and foreign tax compliance
