Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a Finance Specialist - Project Control for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector. We offer an initial 12 months temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. CCNL Metalworking Industry Workplace : Possibility of smart working. RAL 36-38k Retribuzione annua : 34000€ - 40000€ esperienza 1 anno Qualifications / RequirementsHave a Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent from an accredited university or college; Have relevant working experience, preferably in the finance team of a multinational company; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Be fluent in English; Strong oral and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal, influencing, and leadership skills; Ability to think strategically and with an entrepreneurial mindset; Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex issues within a matrix organization.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.903 / 77). Key Responsibilities The Project Controller is a key member of the Equipment & Projects Finance team, partnering closely with the Project Management organization. The role requires leveraging data and analysis to drive decision-making, with a continuous focus on process simplification and precision while ensuring controllership governance. You Will Be Responsible For :Partnering with Project Managers to provide governance and control on project costs; Leading Project Margin Reviews to define the project margin for revenue recognition; Assessing exposures, risks, and opportunities to cost estimates and requirements for specific reserves; Performing detailed variance analysis versus budgets and benchmarks to identify productivity opportunities; Contributing to strategic digitization & simplification projects as a team leader or member (e.g., systems implementation, cross-functional processes, RPA).#J-18808-Ljbffr
