Job Description We are looking for a Site Manager to coordinate and supervise internal technicians and service providers, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and within budget. The role reports to the Contract Manager (Maintenance Responsible) and is key in organizing work to achieve technical KPIs, economic objectives, and overall site performance.Location Turin, ItalyKey Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise teams of technicians and service providersEnsure adherence to safety procedures, internal rules, and instructionsOrganize and execute work to meet technical and economic targetsManage site activity plans, budgets, and team performanceSupport continuous optimization and profitability improvementsConduct regular team meetings and monitor activity indicatorsHandle conflicts and ensure smooth site operationsIdeal Candidate Proven experience in site management, team coordination, and maintenance operationsStrong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage budgets and optimize resources effectivelyCustomer-oriented, autonomous, and capable of handling conflictsKnowledge of technical and soft skills training, and experience managing technical teams and projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
