Overview
As Team Manager for Louis Vuitton, you lead a high‑performing store team to deliver a premium client experience and drive sales performance. You recruit, coach, and develop talent, building succession pipelines and aligning objectives with store goals. On the floor, you model selling excellence, nurture client relationships through clienteling, and optimize floor operations. You translate corporate strategy into actionable plans, share market insights, and reinforce brand standards and process discipline. This role offers impact by shaping team capability and delivering outstanding luxury service.
Responsabilità Team Leadership & Development: recruit, develop, and retain a motivated team; set objectives and manage performance; provide feedback and growth plans; secure succession planning.
Client Experience & Business Development: ensure Louis Vuitton promise to clients; build long-term client relationships via clienteling; manage client situations with a client-centric mindset.
Sales Leadership & Floor Management: role model on sales floor; support selling and cross-selling; build personal client portfolio; optimize floor operations.
Business Animation & Communication: communicate strategy and priorities through trainings; provide market and client feedback to regional teams; implement action plans to boost performance via clienteling, visual merchandising, and engagement.
Operations & Compliance: uphold brand standards and grooming; support inventory and processes; assist Store Manager with workforce planning and store organization.
Category Leadership: act as product category reference; collaborate with merchandising; animate category performance through mentoring and action plans.
Requisiti fondamentali Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience
Strong leadership and people development capabilities
Proven ability in clienteling and building client relationships
Experience on the sales floor with selling, cross-selling, and client repurchase
Knowledge of inventory management and store operations
Ability to communicate strategy and train teams effectively
