You will be responsible for leading the spa team, maintaining the highest standards of wellness and guest experience, managing financial performance, and ensuring the spa remains a serene and luxurious retreat for guests.ResponsibilitiesManaging all operational aspects of the spa, including treatments, facilities, and retailLeading, training, and motivating the spa team to ensure exceptional service deliveryOverseeing scheduling, reservations, and coordination of spa servicesEnsuring the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all spa areasDeveloping wellness programs, seasonal offers, and promotional packagesManaging spa inventory, product ordering, and supplier relationshipsMonitoring revenue performance and supporting budget planning and forecastingImplementing service standards and ensuring compliance with company policiesHandling guest feedback, complaints, and personalized service requestsCollaborating closely with Rooms, F&B, Marketing, and Events teamsMaintaining wellness partnerships and staying updated on industry trendsPreparing operational and financial reports as requiredEnsuring a calm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the resort’s luxury standardsAdditional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience as Spa Manager or senior spa supervisor in luxury hospitalityStrong knowledge of wellness treatments, spa operations, and premium spa brandsExcellent leadership, customer service, and communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and attention to detailAbility to manage budgets, targets, and operational KPIsStrong organizational and problem‑solving abilitiesProficiency with spa management systems and bookings softwareFluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and delivering extraordinary guest experiencesAdditional InformationLocation: Venice, Italy – Based on San Clemente Island, Venice (daily boat transfers required)Type of work: Full timeFlexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periodsYou must possess the legal right to work in ItalyWhat We OfferA leadership role within one of Europe’s most prestigious luxury spa environmentsOpportunity to work in a stunning historical property immersed in art, culture, and heritageCompetitive compensationProfessional development and wellness‑related training opportunitiesAccommodation, meals, uniform, and other on‑property benefitsA dynamic, supportive, and international team environmentApply NowReady to advance your career in luxury spa and wellness management?
